Welcome to Animal Welfare Suffolk

The charity began life as the Ipswich and District Animal Welfare Centre in 1925. The name was changed to Animal Welfare Suffolk in August 2022 to more accurately reflect the scope of services offered and widened area of operation.

The name Ipswich and District Animal Welfare Centre remains and is used to describe the Headquarters building in Cauldwell Hall Road, Ipswich.

We offer a range of services to members of the public and these are described in more detail on the website.
