WE WOULD LIKE TO WISH ALL OUR CLIENTS AND RE-HOMED CATS A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS
PLEASE NOTE. FROM THURSDAY 30TH AUGUST WE WILL BE CHARGING A MINIMUM OF £5 PLUS MEDICATION COSTS AT OUR VET CLINIC. THIS IS DUE TO RISING COSTS AND IT IS STILL GREATLY SUBSIDISED.
Ipswich & District Animal Welfare
In 1925 Mrs Margaret Payne set up a small cat’s shelter to help the stray cats of Ipswich and surrounding areas. This grew over the years and her daughter, Mrs Daphne Parmenter, continued her mother’s hard work to establish the society as it is today.
We are based at 181 Cauldwell Hall Road, Ipswich, where we house stray cats and re-home them.
We also provide veterinary care and run a clinic for all animals whose owners are in receipt of state benefits.
Please take time to see how you can support us as we rely solely on public donations, or if you feel that you are able to give a cat a loving home, please contact us.
Supporting Ipswich & District Animal Welfare.
We always welcome donations of cat food, blankets, cat toys and baskets, and any clothing or bric a brac for our charity shop. If you are able, please buy/sell our Christmas raffle tickets or hold a cake sale, boot sale or coffee morning.
How good are you at running? Need a charitable cause in a marathon? Think of us. Any donations or a legacy in your will would be gratefully received.
